Obedience Brings Glory
Scripture
“Herein is my Father glorified, that ye bear much fruit.” — John 15:8
Personal Reflection
God is glorified not only in what we believe—but in how we live. Obedience is the visible expression of inward faith. In the storm, obedience becomes costly—but also more meaningful. When we obey despite hardship, we demonstrate that God is worthy of our allegiance regardless of circumstances. True obedience is not selective; it is comprehensive. It flows from love for Christ and submission to His Lordship.
Contemplation
John Owen wrote, “Universal obedience is the best evidence of sincere love.”
Is your obedience consistent—or conditional?
Prayer
Lord, help me obey You fully, even when it is difficult.
Application
Identify one area of delayed obedience and act on it today.
