THE RIGHT WAY IS THE NARROW WAY

It is a Narrow way

That leadeth unto Life--

A pathway free from sin

And also free from strife.

It is a holy way

Where walk the pure in heart;

A way of Perfect Love

From which we must not part.

Strait is the gate, not wide;

And it is never broad.

It is the only way

That leadeth Home to God.

Still, many folks today

Think that it is widespread,

But they are gone astray,

And while they live, THEY'RE DEAD!

They think the way of Christ

Is broad and smooth and paved;

In fact they live in sin,

And are not truly saved!

They go to worldly games,

Where loudly they do cheer,

But there they don't praise God,

Lest they offend, they fear!

They'll shout till throats are sore

When rooting at the game,

But when at church they're dumb

And never praise Christ's name!

Christ called His Church, "COME OUT!

DON'T MINGLE WITH THE CROWD!"

Yet still at church they're mum

While at the games THEY'RE LOUD!

Friends, I think something's wrong:

When they are in God's House

They never make a peep,

As quiet as a mouse!
