Devotion – Hope in Final Glory

Scripture:
“For our light affliction, which is but for a moment, worketh for us a far more exceeding and eternal weight of glory.” — 2 Corinthians 4:17

Personal Reflection:
Affliction feels heavy, but compared to eternal glory it is light. Glory will make every trial worthwhile. Eternity reframes today’s suffering.

Contemplation:
Do I live with eternity in view, or do I let the moment define my perspective?

Quote (Murray):
“The weight of glory will make the heaviest afflictions seem light.”

Prayer:
Father, fix my eyes on eternal glory so that I may endure today’s trials with hope.

Challenge:
Spend 10 minutes today meditating on heaven (Revelation 21–22). Let eternal joy overshadow present burdens.
