Joy Restored Through Forgiveness
Scripture:
“Restore unto me the joy of thy salvation.” — Psalm 51:12
Personal Reflection:
Bridge said, “The loss of joy is not the loss of grace.” I may lose my sense of God’s smile, but not His favor. Repentance opens the window again for joy to enter.
Contemplation:
The joy of salvation is not mere emotion—it is the deep assurance that sins forgiven cannot rise again to condemn.
Prayer:
Father, renew my joy through fresh repentance. Let me delight again in the freedom of being fully pardoned.
Challenge:
Sing a hymn of praise today that celebrates forgiveness—let worship become the echo of grace restored.
