The Crown Beyond the Cross

Scripture:
“For our light affliction… worketh for us a far more exceeding and eternal weight of glory.” — 2 Corinthians 4:17

Personal Reflection:
Bridge ended with hope: “The weight of glory makes all sufferings light.” I often see my afflictions as endless, but they are momentary stepping stones to everlasting joy.

Contemplation:
Heaven is the believer’s true horizon. Earthly sorrow will one day give way to eternal rejoicing—and even the memory of pain will shine with purpose.

Prayer:
Lord, lift my heart to see the glory that awaits me in Christ. Let the hope of heaven sweeten every trial below.

Challenge:
Spend five minutes today meditating on heaven—thank God that every tear now shed will one day be turned to triumph.
