What is your life? For you are a mist that appears for a little time and then vanishes. Instead you ought to say, “If the Lord wills, we will live and do this or that.” As you approach the hope the New Year brings, always acknowledge the role of God's Sovereignty and His Providence. Think of Sovereignty as God's absolute power to rule and Providence as how He weaves together events and circumstances to bring about His perfect plan. 2023 will be a great year if you submit your planning to Him.
